My son and I came in to purchase a replacement vehicle. For a total loss Honda Civic 2017. Honda’s are wonderful cars and low maintenance if you take care of oil changes and normal maintenance. We encountered Hocine Sekouchi a Senior Sales Executive as soon as we opened the door. He was patient listened to our needs and showed us several vehicles. We decided to purchase a 2026 Honda Civic Sport. Between Hocine and his Finance Manager Emmanuel Piring we completed the purchase in a painless and stress free environment. My advisor, Tommy Jung, was fantastic, and the maintenance performed was excellent. My issue is with the Honda corporation, itself, which is choosing to pass along their tariff-related cost increases to their customers rather than absorbing those costs. Honda has - and this is a *huge* understatement - the financial resources to do that - regular people do not.

I really needed a car to replace my 2007 Civic. My wife and I weren't really ready to buy but after Delleon showed us several options with used cars we decided to buy a certified 2023 Civic. It was more than we had budgeted as itjj* was an all cash deal. In the end it worked out and I am pleased with the car. I drive a lot for work and this car was low mileage and certified.

I’ve been leasing Honda Accords from Honda of Oakland for at least 9 years now. It’s been a great dealer for me for years and continues to be after an ownership change. I trade my car in for a newer model every few years and it’s been great. But, I had an extra positive experience I want to share. Last week, my leased 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring was stolen from in front of my house. Awful! as any of you who have had a stolen car know (a box of old family pictures in the trunk no less). While I was dealing with insurance, I contacted my Senior Account executive, Hocine Sekouchi. Hondas hold value extremely well, and trade ins are normally easy. But now I had no trade in! I was convinced my cash down for a replacement would set me back. But Hocine and the Honda team rewarded my 9 years of loyalty with a great deal - not much more than my usual trade in experience and within my insurance coverage. I was able to pick up the new car quickly, and (bonus) I think I like the color better than the last one :) And to clarify, I am not AI, and this is a legit review. Having your car stolen is such a brutal experience. So having Honda of Oakland go the extra mile to maintain our long relationship feels especially good

Victor Martinez did an outstanding job. When I drove in, I was concerned about being sold service that I didn’t really need. He addressed this concern and in fact put my mind at ease regarding alignment at $150 could be delayed for another year, because my 2021 insight is only 4 1/2 years old and only has 15,300 miles on it. Problem solved. The driver who took me home in the morning and picked me up in the afternoon, was also first straight… Knew where he was going and was friendly and knowledgeable.
