My car is running well and I feel that no matter how old my car gets , I will still bring it to the Honda shop so they can put in the right parts so I feel comfortable and not feel like I have been robbed of over charges!

I'm writing this review because they texted me several times to give them one. We have bought our cars from Honda of Oakland for 15 years and they have only been serviced there. They do good solid work, unfortunately at a slower pace than the previous owners. They can take all day to do a small thing sometimes and want to be able to keep the car over night on a Friday which is not ok when I bring the car in at 9 am. This is the second time I have had to call and remind them I need my car and when will it be done. Both times the shuttle bus service has stopped at 3 pm for some reason when they are open until 6pm. These are small inconveniences but not really when you pay for a service and expect communication on the level it was previously. The old Honda of Oakland left them big shoes to fill. It is still a good service and they do the job well. It's just little the things, otherwise it would be 5 stars.

Even without an appointment, I can trust things will get done! The staff is kind, professional, and courteous. I appreciate how well they treat their customers.
